I. General

❥ The product is your property once in your possession. Therefore, the item can be used for any activity you desire.❥ I request if you resell your suit/parts for no more than you paid unless a valid additional worth is included. Such as art or character rights.❥ I have dogs in my home + I come into contact with cats on a weekly basis. While my dogs do not directly interact with my materials, commissions or premades. My home is small so they do walk into my craft room and stay in the room. Furthermore, the cats do not live in my home and I never directly interact with my crafts upon arriving home for a residence with a cat.❥ Fursuit friendly reference sheets need to be provided. This shall be a good resolution image that shows all sides of the design and clear visible representation of markings. If you do not have this type of reference one can be created by myself for the cost of that commission. The image needs to be safe for work as well. [View my art pricing]❥ I prefer my work is not altered, this is mostly regarding premades or artistic liberty suits. Though the item is your property and you can do anything you wish, this is a personal preference I wish is followed.❥ DTD’s are required for my bodysuits. This is your responsibility to have it created and sent to my residence. I will not direct you through this process but there are many tutorials for you to follow online.❥ I don’t do deadlines, the fastest a suit can be completed is 3 months. If you request this timeline for completion a rush fee is required.❥ I only work in my style, I do not and will not replicate other makers styles.❥ Goody bags are usually included within an order, these items are not subject to warranty, refunds, replacements or any other form of compensation.❥ I am not responsible for any allergic reactions that may occur❥ Small tears or small seam pops are acceptable and expected as time and use occurs. If you are not within my warranty time then you can request a repair. Though I recommend if you own a fursuit you learn basic hand sewing techniques.❥ Work in progress photos/videos are subject to be posted publicly within my social accounts. Therefore, you are welcome to post the WIPs to your socials as well. I do request you credit my work or link a social of mine.❥ I do NOT and will not replicate former designs done by myself or others.❥ Commissioning or purchasing from my workshop implies you have read through my entire terms of service and agreed. Failure to do so does not exempt you from the terms.❥ All my products are handmade. I am not a company nearly an individual. Costumes are created to my highest achievable quality but may have minor flaws. Due to these items being handmade they need to handled with the proper care.❥ Regarding commissions for minors, the suit made for a minor has the chance to no longer fit within a few weeks, months or years if they are still actively growing. I suggest if you are not past development you do not commission a bodysuit.

II. Communication

❥ Communication is vital for a smooth transaction and successful commission.❥ Clients are expected to contact me and are accessible during the entire process.❥ If no communication is received for a period of 3 consecutive weeks, a final 24-hour notice will be sent. If no response is received within that 24-hour period, the commission will be considered canceled due to client inactivity. All payments made up to that point are non-refundable.❥ If I do not receive any communication from you for a period of 3 consecutive weeks, a $50 USD inactivity fee will be added to your balance when communication resumes. Consistent communication is required, as prolonged silence impacts not only your commission but my overall project queue.❥ Communication from myself is expected to be received at least once every 2 weeks. I will notify you beforehand if there will be any prolonged communication absence.❥ If I contact you regarding a question, clarification, or progress confirmation and do not receive a response within a reasonable timeframe, your commission will be placed on hold. This will also initiate the 3 week inactivity period.❥ The 3-week inactivity cancellation policy will not apply if I am informed in advance of any extended period of unavailability.❥ When a Work-In-Progress (WIP) is provided, it is the client’s responsibility to review it carefully. Any requested design changes must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours, additional changes may require a revision fee. This policy does not apply to corrections of errors made on my end.

III. Quotes

❥ Quotes are valid for 3 months from the date issued. After that period, a new quote will be required. Updated quotes are provided free of charge.❥ A single quote is provided free of charge. Any additional design quotes requested within a 7-day period will be subject to a $5 USD fee per design.❥ As quotes require time and careful consideration, I kindly ask that they be requested only if you have genuine intent to commission.❥ Shipping and applicable taxes are not included in quoted prices and will be calculated separately.❥ Quotes are stored privately for a period of 3 months from the date issued. After that time, the quote will be removed from my records and a new quote must be requested.

IV. Payment

❥ I accept PayPal, Venmo and Zelle❥ Payment plans are accepted but need to have a schedule. Weekly, biweekly and monthly are some valid schedules.❥ A 30% down payment is required when doing a payment plan. This is completely non refundable.❥ You need to be 18 years or older to purchase a commission slot or premades from my workshop.❥ I will work not directly work with minors. I will create custom suits and allow premade to be purchased for a minor though a parental figure needs to be the one contacting and paying through the entire process.❥ Postage regarding commissions, refurbishments, repairs or premades are completely the buyers responsibility.❥ For international clients, custom/import fees are your responsibility and can be quite expensive as I will not lie on declared value.❥ My state taxes are applied to all orders. I gotta pay the government.❥ Payment plans are subject to be slightly more costly than paying the total all upfront.

V. Refunds

❥ You can cancel a commission at any stage. Though 30% of the cost and any additional costs of materials will not be refunded.❥ Canceling a commission entails I halt work on your design indefinitely. Though for artistic liberty projects, I will continue the suit but it will be sold as a premade.❥ Canceling a commission durning any stage of payment and progress will only result in 20% up to 75% of the amount refunded. Excluding the 30% non refundable amount & any additional material costs.❥ Items lost or damaged in transit do not qualify for a refund. Though I will direct you to the correct resources to submit a missing package or/and insurance claim.❥ Shipping & insurance costs are non refundable❥ Premades can be refunded within 48 hour time window from payment. Though $50 of this payment will be non refundable. Past that point the suit/part will be shipped and it is up to you to resell the item.❥ Refunds are done on a case by case basis. A refund is for a majority of the cases available. Refund amounts are subject to change. This excludes the 30% non refundable payment & additional material costs.

VI. Warranty

❥ My suits [heads, partials and full suits] include a 60 day warranty upon entering the postal system.❥ My parts [paws and tails] include a 30 day warranty upon entering the postal system.❥ A warranty will become void if the suit was used in an improper manner. This is determined by myself and my partner. Some reasons include; fire damage, water damage, altering your suit, and purposeful damage.❥ Repairs past the warranty date is available for a fee. This cost is calculated based on multiple factors and varies suit to suit.❥ My warranties do NOT transfer ownership.❥ Shipping damage is not covered by warranty. You will need to go through the proper channels within the postal service. I will direct you to those services. Though I will offer a discounted repair service for this trouble.❥ While partaking in lewd acts within the suit will void your warranty, you can still contact me regarding repairs or refurbishment.

VII. Shipping & Insurance

❥ All shipping and insurance costs is the buyers expense.❥ I insure my parcels at the value you have paid. This will possibly create a larger shipping cost.❥ I offer the option to add a hidden AirTag within any parcel over the value of $100. The cost of the AirTag is your expense but the tag will be your property once it arrives.❥ Items are not put into transit until the entire cost including shipping and taxes has been paid & received.

VIII. Blacklisting & Legalities

❥ Blacklisting is a public and/or private form stating names of any individuals whom can no longer purchase my services or products.❥ If your commission has been canceled due to the lack of communication you are blacklisted from my services.❥ I am quite laidback and understanding but I will not tolerate hateful or rude behavior. Excessive unwarranted behavior after a correction will result in a cancellation and/or blacklist.❥ Blacklisting can occur if you act or participate in the following actions/behaviors.
- Request a quote for a character that does not belong to you or is heavily influenced from a character that doesn’t belong in your procession. (Gift commissions are an exemption)
- Become pushy, rude or condescending on multiple occasions past a warning.
-Contacting me excessively for a quote and not commissioning my workshop within your 3 month valid period.
- Being found partaking/supporting in any illegal activities.
- Request a refund for any non refundable cost, make a false claim or chargeback.❥ I have the right to refuse or cancel a commission/sale for any reason or event that occurs. In this event a refund of the complete 70% given of on the total cost will be provided. In some cases the non refundable 30% will be refunded as well.❥ Submitting a chargeback or refund when you have already received your product or you no longer qualify for a refund will result in a blacklist and likely legal action taken against you.❥ My photos/videos belong only to my workshop. Anyone found falsely using my photos, videos or advertisements for personal or monetary gain is subject to legal actions & will be publicly blacklisted.❥ My legal information such as my address and name shall not be disclosed publicly doing so is a crime.
