I. General

❥ Once an order has been paid in full and delivered to the client, the physical item becomes the client’s property and may be used as you wish.❥ I kindly request that Felime Creations work is not resold for substantially more than its original purchase price unless additional value has been added, such as character rights, artwork, accessories, modifications, or other included items.❥ I have dogs in my home + I come into contact with cats on a weekly basis. While my dogs do not directly interact with my materials, commissions or premades. My home is small so they do walk into my craft room and stay in the room. Furthermore, the cats do not live in my home and I never directly interact with my crafts upon arriving home for a residence with a cat.❥ A clear, fursuit-friendly reference sheet is required for custom commissions. References must be high enough resolution to clearly show the character’s colors, markings, features, and relevant views.❥ References that are unclear, inconsistent, inaccurate, or particularly difficult to translate into a physical costume may require additional design interpretation and may result in additional labor charges. I may require clarification or an updated reference before accepting or continuing a commission.❥ I prefer my work is not altered, this is mostly regarding premades or artistic liberty suits. Though the item is your property and you can do anything you wish, this is a personal preference I wish is followed.❥ A properly constructed Duct Tape Dummy (DTD) is required for bodysuit commissions. Creating and shipping the DTD is the client’s responsibility. Felime Creations is not responsible for fit issues caused by an inaccurate or improperly constructed DTD.❥ I work exclusively in my own construction and artistic style. I will not replicate another maker’s style, recreate another maker’s work, or intentionally duplicate a previously created one-of-a-kind design.❥ Complimentary items and goody-bag contents are gifts and are not included in the commission’s purchase value, warranty, refund value, or replacement coverage.❥ Felime Creations works with faux fur, foam, adhesives, fabrics, plastics, dyes, and other common costume-making materials. Dogs are present within the home and I also have regular contact with cats. Clients with severe allergies or material sensitivities are responsible for discussing these concerns before commissioning.❥ Fursuits are wearable handmade items and will naturally experience wear over time. Normal wear and tear resulting from use is not considered a manufacturing defect. Construction-related failures occurring within the applicable warranty period may qualify for warranty repair.❥ Work in progress photos/videos are subject to be posted publicly within my social accounts. Therefore, you are welcome to post the WIPs to your socials as well. I do request you credit my work or link a social of mine.❥ Commissioning or purchasing from my workshop implies you have read through my entire terms of service and agreed. Failure to do so does not exempt you from the terms.❥ All Felime Creations products are individually handmade rather than factory manufactured. I strive for the highest quality reasonably achievable, but minor variations are a normal part of handmade work.❥ Minor differences in symmetry, shaving, fur direction, seam placement, marking placement, stitching, shape, or the translation of two-dimensional artwork into a three-dimensional costume are not automatically considered defects.❥ The person entering into a commission agreement with Felime Creations must be at least 18 years old.❥ Items may be commissioned for a minor, but all payments, approvals, measurements, communication, and contractual responsibilities must be handled by an adult. The adult completing the transaction is considered the client.❥ Regarding commissions for minors, the suit made for a minor has the chance to no longer fit within a few weeks, months or years if they are still actively growing. I suggest if you are not past development you do not commission a bodysuit.❥ In cases where multiple policy violations occur, the earliest applicable violation may be acted upon at the artist’s discretion.

II. Communication

❥ Meaningful Communication is vital for a smooth transaction and successful commission.❥ Meaningful communication includes feedback, approvals, or responses that allow progress to continue. Emojis or non-substantive replies do not qualify.❥ Clients are expected to be reachable and respond to commission-related messages in a timely manner.❥ If no meaningful communication is received for 14 consecutive days, a final notice will be sent. The client will have 24 hours to respond with a valid reason for the lack of communication. If no response is received within this timeframe, the commission will be considered canceled due to inactivity.❥ If a commission is canceled due to prolonged client inactivity, the required non-refundable initial payment remains non-refundable. Any remaining balance will be handled according to the Cancellation & Refund policy, including deductions for completed labor, committed materials, and other project costs already incurred.❥ If work has been paused due to prolonged client inactivity and the commission is permitted to resume, a reactivation fee may be required. Any reactivation fee will be disclosed before work resumes.❥ Failure to maintain meaningful communication may result in cancellation regardless of payment status.❥ Communication from myself will be provided at least once every 2 weeks during active progress on a commission. During waiting periods (materials or supplies being out of stock, or delays dependent on client response, etc...), updates may be less frequent if there is no new information to report. Clients will be notified when delays begin and when progress resumes.❥ If I contact you regarding a question, clarification, or progress confirmation and do not receive a response within a reasonable timeframe, your commission will be placed on hold. This will also initiate the 14 day inactivity period.❥ The 14 day inactivity cancellation policy will not apply if I am informed in advance of any extended period of unavailability.❥ When a Work-In-Progress (WIP) is provided, it is the client’s responsibility to review it carefully. Any requested design changes must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours, additional changes may require a revision fee. This policy does not apply to corrections of errors made on my end.

III. Quotes, Pricing & Materials

❥ Quotes are valid for 3 months from the date issued. After that period, a new quote will be required. Updated quotes are provided free of charge.❥ A single quote is provided free of charge. Any additional design quotes requested within a 7-day period will be subject to a $5 USD fee per design.❥ As quotes require time and careful consideration, I kindly ask that they be requested only if you have genuine intent to commission.❥ Quotes are based on the character design and project specifications provided at the time the quote is created. Changes to the design, features, materials, commission type, or construction requirements may result in an updated quote.❥ All publicly listed fursuit base prices represent starting labor costs unless otherwise stated. Materials are calculated separately for each commission based on the character design and project requirements.❥ A final commission quote may include base labor, materials, design complexity, specialty features, optional upgrades, and rush fees when applicable.❥ Shipping and applicable taxes are not included in quoted prices and will be calculated separately.❥ Material costs vary depending on required colors, yardage, fabric types, foam, lining, hardware, specialty components, and other supplies required for the project.❥ Materials purchased specifically for a commission may be non-returnable, cut, altered, custom ordered, or otherwise committed to that project.❥ Felime Creations may agree to work with client-supplied materials, existing bases, partially completed pieces, or work originally constructed by another maker.❥ These projects may require additional fitting, patterning, correction, reconstruction, or troubleshooting and may therefore carry additional labor charges.❥ Felime Creations cannot guarantee the durability, compatibility, or quality of construction or materials supplied by the client or another maker.

IV. Rush Orders & Deadlines

❥ Rush service may be offered when my current queue and the requested project allow it. Availability is not guaranteed.❥ Rush fees range from 25%–50% of the commission’s labor price depending on turnaround time, scheduling priority, and workload required.❥ Every accepted rush order will have its deadline stated in writing as a completion deadline, ship-by deadline, or guaranteed delivery deadline.❥ A completion or ship-by deadline does not guarantee arrival by a specific date unless guaranteed delivery was explicitly included in the agreement.❥ If Felime Creations fails to meet the written rush deadline due to circumstances reasonably within my control, 50% of the rush fee will be refunded to the client.❥ The remaining 50% of the rush fee remains non-refundable because the project still received priority scheduling and rush labor.❥ Missing a rush deadline does not automatically make the underlying commission price refundable.❥ A rush-fee refund does not apply when the deadline is affected by circumstances outside Felime Creations’ reasonable control, including client-requested changes, delayed approvals or responses, incorrect measurements or information, late payments, specialty-material delays, shipping-carrier delays after acceptance, severe weather, major service interruptions, or a deadline extension agreed to by both parties.❥ When client action causes a production delay, the rush deadline may be extended by a reasonable amount of time.

V. Payment

❥ Felime Creations currently accepts PayPal Goods & Services via Invoice and Zelle. PayPal Invoice is the preferred payment method.❥ Payment plans are available and must follow an agreed payment schedule. Weekly, biweekly, and monthly arrangements may be accepted depending on the commission.❥ Payment plans must be discussed and agreed upon in advance. Unless otherwise stated, payments are expected on a monthly basis.❥ If a payment is missed, a 7-day grace period will be given. After this period, the commission will be paused until payment is received.❥ If no payment is received within 14 days of a missed payment, the commission may be canceled at my discretion.❥ If a commission is canceled because of payment failure, the required initial payment remains non-refundable. Any additional refund eligibility will be calculated according to Section V based on completed labor, materials, and costs already committed to the project.❥ A canceled commission may only be resumed through a new agreement, which may include a reactivation fee.❥ Missed payments are handled separately from communication policies; either may result in a paused or canceled commission.❥ Payment obligations are separate from communication obligations. Fulfilling one does not waive the other. Failure to pay within the specified time may result in cancellation even if communication has been maintained.❥ Repeated missed payments may result in refusal of future commissions.❥ Commissions totaling $300 or less require a 50% non-refundable initial payment.❥ Commissions totaling over $300 require a 30% non-refundable initial payment.❥ The initial payment secures the client’s commission slot and is applied toward the total cost of the commission.❥ Initial payments are non-refundable because accepting a commission reserves limited queue space that could otherwise have been offered to another client and may also result in the purchase or commitment of project-specific materials.❥ Payment plans may include an additional administrative or processing cost when applicable.

VI. Cancellations & Refunds

❥ Clients may voluntarily cancel their commission at any stage. Cancellation means all further work on the commission will stop.❥ The required initial payment is non-refundable.❥ Any additional refund will be calculated based on the individual project after accounting for completed labor, materials already purchased or committed, custom or non-returnable supplies, and other project-specific costs already incurred.❥ Any remaining unearned refundable balance will be returned to the client when applicable.❥ Felime Creations reserves the right to complete, alter, dismantle, reuse, or resell work and materials remaining from an abandoned or canceled commission when permitted by the circumstances of the cancellation. Character-specific identifying elements will be altered or removed before resale when reasonably necessary.❥ Premades can be refunded within 48 hour time window from payment. Though $50 of this payment will be non refundable. Past that point the suit/part will be shipped and it is up to you to resell the item.❥ Felime Creations reserves the right to cancel a commission when necessary.❥ If Felime Creations cancels a commission for reasons that are not the client’s fault, the client will be refunded the unearned portion of payments received after accounting for completed work and applicable project costs. Any work the has paid for and completed, will be transferred to you if I am ending the commission without client fault.❥ Cancellation resulting from serious client breach, fraud, harassment, prolonged inactivity, or payment failure may be handled according to the applicable provisions of these Terms.

VII. Warranty & Repairs

❥ Heads, partials and fullsuits include a 60-day workmanship warranty beginning on the date tracking confirms delivery.❥ Individual fursuit parts include a 30-day workmanship warranty beginning on the date tracking confirms delivery.❥ Warranty coverage applies to construction or workmanship defects attributable to Felime Creations. It does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, improper cleaning, excessive force, improper storage, client modifications, repairs or alterations performed by another person, animal damage, fire damage, or other damage not caused by original workmanship.❥ Repairs past the warranty date is available for a fee. This cost is calculated based on multiple factors and varies suit to suit.❥ Felime Creations warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original purchaser unless otherwise agreed in writing.❥ Shipping damage is not covered by warranty. You will need to go through the proper channels within the postal service. I will direct you to those services. Though I will offer a discounted repair service for this trouble.❥ Damage, contamination, or excessive wear resulting from sexual activity is not covered by warranty. Felime Creations also reserves the right to refuse repairs or refurbishment of items that cannot be safely or hygienically handled.

VIII. Shipping & Insurance

❥ All shipping and insurance costs is the buyers expense.❥ I insure my parcels at the value you have paid. This will possibly create a larger shipping cost.❥ International clients are responsible for customs, import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees charged by their country. Felime Creations will not falsify a package’s declared value.❥ Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, carrier delays, loss, or transit damage are outside Felime Creations’ direct control. I will assist the client with appropriate insurance claims or carrier documentation when necessary.❥ Shipping and insurance costs are non-refundable after the shipment has been purchased or used.❥ I offer the option to add a hidden AirTag within any parcel over the value of $100. The cost of the AirTag is your expense but the tag will be your property once it arrives.❥ Items are not put into transit until the entire cost including shipping and taxes has been paid & received.

IX. Conduct, Blacklisting & Privacy

❥ Blacklisting means Felime Creations will no longer accept commissions, purchases, or other business from an individual. A blacklist may be maintained privately. Public beware information may be shared when reasonably necessary, but will be limited to documented information relevant to the transaction or conduct involved.❥ Repeated or severe failures to communicate, abandoned transactions, or repeated payment violations may result in refusal of future service.❥ I am quite laidback and understanding but I will not tolerate hateful or rude behavior. Excessive unwarranted behavior after a correction will result in a cancellation and/or blacklist.❥ Blacklisting can occur if you act or participate in the following actions/behaviors.
- Request a quote for a character that does not belong to you or is heavily influenced from a character that doesn’t belong in your procession. (Gift commissions are an exemption)
- Become pushy, rude or condescending on multiple occasions past a warning.
- Knowingly filing false payment claims, fraudulent disputes, unauthorized reversals, or abusive chargebacks may result in immediate cancellation and permanent refusal of future service.❥ Fraud, theft, harassment, threats, impersonation, knowingly false claims, or other conduct directly affecting Felime Creations, its clients, or its transactions may result in immediate refusal of service.❥ Clients are expected to contact Felime Creations regarding legitimate transaction concerns before initiating a payment dispute whenever reasonably possible. Fraudulent disputes, knowingly false claims, unauthorized payment reversals, or abusive chargebacks are considered serious breaches of these terms and may result in cancellation and permanent refusal of service.❥ Felime Creations photographs, videos, advertisements, and other original promotional content may not be falsely presented as another maker’s work or used to impersonate Felime Creations. Unauthorized commercial use may result in further action and refusal of service.❥ Private personal information exchanged for the purpose of completing a transaction, including legal names, addresses, payment information, and shipping information, may not be publicly distributed or used for harassment, threats, impersonation, retaliation, or targeting.❥ Felime Creations will likewise treat client personal information as private except where disclosure is reasonably necessary for payment processing, shipping, transaction disputes, or legal obligations.
